Residential Sprayers

  • Do-Cut Sales & Services carries handheld tank lawn sprayers and backpack tank lawn sprayers for residential and commercial use.  Stihl and Husqvarna are two very reliable brands of sprayers we carry.
  • A handheld tank lawn sprayer is great for small areas. These come with either manual pumps, or battery powered/motorized pumps.
  • A backpack tank lawn sprayer is perfect for larger areas, and it’s easy to carry.
  • If you’re using a handheld or a backpack tank lawn sprayer, you can pre-mix the chemicals before carefully pouring the mixture into the sprayer tank.  You can also use the measurements provided on the outside of the sprayer tank and mix the product directly in the sprayer tank.
  • Most sprayers Do-Cut carries have a one-to-five-gallon capacity, and the sprayer tank has a very large lid to easily pour or mix accordingly.
  • Be sure to consider the sprayer’s capacity and the size of the area you will be treating.  Handheld tank sprayers are smaller, therefore requiring more frequent refills. This type of sprayer can be awkward to carry for an extended period of time.  Backpack tank sprayers typically have a larger capacity but can sometimes be difficult to get on and off.
  • After carefully mixing the chemicals in the sprayer tank, a manual sprayer will need to be pumped to create pressure in the tank. The contents of the tank are then released through the sprayer hose and nozzle.  When the pump sprayer loses pressure, you will need to pump the sprayer again to release more contents through the nozzle.
  • A battery-operated tank sprayer has a battery that keeps the necessary pressure in the tank to drive the contents through the sprayer nozzle.  If you use a sprayer regularly, you may want to consider a sprayer with a larger  tank capacity.
  • Once you have finished applying chemicals, be sure to completely empty the tank and rinse the sprayer thoroughly.  Run clean water through the sprayer tank and wand. It’s especially important to rinse your sprayer if you use your sprayer for multiple jobs, such as fertilizing and thereafter applying a cleaning agent to spray your siding, patios, etc.

Commercial Sprayers

  • Do-Cut carries commercial Turbo-Turf skid-mounted and tow behind tank sprayers.  These heavy-duty commercial tank sprayers can be custom made from 50 to 1000 gallons, with single sprayer tanks or multiple sprayer tanks.
  • These sprayers are designed to accommodate any chemicals used by professional landscapers for turf spraying and tree spraying, such as fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, brine for de-icing (with a special brine sprayer) and also hydroseeding (with a special hydroseeder).
  • Turbo-Turf commercial tank sprayers are equipped with commercial engines and can be custom fit for your vehicle.  Whether you need the sprayer to fit in an ATV/UTV, pickup truck bed, skid-mounted, tow behind or even a highway ready tow sprayer, we can have a sprayer made to suit your needs.
  • A custom sprayer can be fitted with electric hose reels, heavy-duty sprayer guns, custom sprayer nozzles, custom sprayer booms, and custom sprayer pumps.  Turbo-Turf offers space saving sprayers with low profile tanks, and the hose reel and engine can be mounted on each end of the sprayer or on one side, saving space in the pickup truck bed.
  • These sprayers are reliable and easy to service with a front mounted tank shut off, and front mounted tank drains.  The strainer is easy to reach for cleaning too.  Space saving sprayers are available in 100 to 200 gallon sizes.  Skid-mounted sprayers are available from 50 gallons and up.

Ice and Water Sprayers

Ice control sprayers are the way to go for controlling snow and ice on roads and parking lots.  When ice control is applied by a sprayer before roads are snow covered, it prevents ice from forming a bond to the road surface, thus being easier to plow.

  • Ice control sprayers are available in sizes from 50 to 1600 gallons.  These commercial sprayers have booms with controllers available to automatically adjust the application rate of the product in the sprayer based on the ground speed the sprayer is traveling.  Most ice control sprayers have a bottom drain which allows the sprayer tank to completely empty.
  • Sprayers can also be used as watering units.  Skid-type sprayer watering units are available from 50 to 1600 gallons.  Watering unit sprayers are ideal for use in nurseries, garden centers, for dust control on construction sites, refilling asphalt rollers, soil stabilization, and the most obvious, using the watering unit sprayer to water flowers in large areas of municipalities, estates, college campuses, city streets, etc.
  • Watering unit sprayers are equipped with powerful engines, hoses/hose reels, and sprayer booms.  Different booms are required for sprayers used for dust control.  These sprayers can also have wired or wireless controls in the cab of the vehicle towing this type of sprayer.
